These terms govern your use of the Carelee platform and its services, whether you are a caregiver offering services or a user seeking caregiving assistance. Please read them carefully before using the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use Carelee.

Carelee serves as an online platform that facilitates connections between users seeking caregiving support (for elderly care, child care, pet care, and related services) and independent caregivers who offer such services. Carelee is not an employer, placement agency, or recruitment firm. We do not directly supervise, manage, or control the caregivers listed on our platform. All hiring, payment, and contractual agreements are conducted solely between the caregiver and the user. You acknowledge that any engagement or agreement made is at your own risk and discretion.

All users must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Users are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date, and truthful information on their profiles. Caregivers are required to present factual qualifications, certifications, experience, and availability. Any false claims may lead to immediate suspension or removal of your account.

While Carelee allows caregivers to upload verification documents such as identification or certification, we do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of such documents. We strongly recommend that both users and caregivers conduct their own interviews, background checks, and verification steps prior to engaging in any caregiving arrangement.
